We’re Hiring: Technical Supervisor (with QA/QC Edge)

Lead inspection and calibration operations while adding value through QA/QC expertise. Be the technical lead our team relies on — and the quality voice our clients trust.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise inspection & calibration operations
  • Validate technical reports and equipment accuracy
  • Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical & flow calibration
  • Support QMS compliance and documentation
  • Lead internal & external audit readiness
  • Mentor and develop technical staff
What We’re Looking For:
  • Engineering/Technical background
  • 2+ years technical supervision
  • QA/QC knowledge (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001) is a big plus
  • Audit and compliance experience preferred
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Core – Technical Supervision
  • Supervise and execute daily inspection and calibration operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, readiness, and proper maintenance of equipment and tools.
  • Validate and approve technical reports before client submission.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff and support client queries.
  • Apply expertise in pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration across projects.
Plus – QA/QC Capability
  • Support and maintain the company’s QMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, and ASTM standards.
  • Review reports for both technical accuracy and QA/QC compliance.
  • Lead preparations for internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of non-conformances.
  • Review and approve supplier/subcontractor QC documentation.
  • Identify and support process improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency.
Team & Client Engagement
  • Mentor and train staff in technical and QA/QC best practices.
  • Assist in workload allocation and technical scope development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical issues and QA/QC clarifications.
  • Build client trust by ensuring high-quality, audit-ready service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in technical supervision (QA/QC and audits experience is a plus).
  • ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of calibration and inspection techniques, including pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration.
  • Understanding of uncertainty principles and budgeting.
  • Experience in internal and external audits preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
