A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Contracts Engineer to oversee EPC tendering activities. You'll be responsible for preparing RFT documents, assisting in agreements, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a relevant degree, certifications in contract management, and at least 2 years of related experience. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in contract management are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFT documents with the support of the Project Management Team.
• Assist in the preparation of EPC agreements and amendments.
• Review and advise on contract-related notices and claims.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present contract management reports.

Skills

Proficient in the preparation of official letters

Strong understanding of contract law

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in contract management software

Ability to work under pressure

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education

Bachelors in law or Masters in Contracts Management or Masters Degree in Arbitration or Bachelors in Engineering

Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)

Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)

Certified International Commercial Contracts Manager (CICCM)

Certified Contract Manager (FIDIC-CCM)
