We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and enhance customer relationships through data-driven strategies using REM CRM. The ideal candidate will optimize CRM campaigns improve client engagement and drive retention by leveraging analytics automation tools and personalized communication.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns including email SMS push notifications and loyalty or referral programs.
- Optimize client journeys to enhance engagement retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer behavior campaign performance and key metrics to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize future CRM initiatives.
- Improve CRM processes for better efficiency personalization and accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and operations teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
- Stay updated on CRM trends best practices and emerging technologies in real estate.
- Hands‑on experience with REM CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing A / B testing and API integrations.
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
