AtkinsRalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9 years of onsite experience in stadium projects within the Mixed-use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Competencies:

• Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership).

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in Landscape.

• Experience with architecture, site supervision, documentation, and site implementation.

• Review and check all Landscape shop drawings, approve materials submittals & method statements submitted by the contractor, and provide solutions using SketchUp modeling. Conduct site coordination and inspections.

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly.

• Maintain records of daily site activities, including progress photos, ensuring they are available for inspection.

• Prepare Site Instructions (SI) for work deficiencies and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) if required, in line with project developments.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or lead a small team of similar discipline professionals, creating designs suitable for the Middle East environment.
