Job summary
A leading agri business firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations. This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of finance experience, including 5 years in a managerial position, with strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and team leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable business growth and financial stability.
Qualifications
- 12+ years total experience in Finance.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role leading finance teams.
- Experience in Agri, Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-division business preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations of the Agri business divisions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital.
- Oversee banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
