Role Type: Outsourced Full Time Long Term OnSite

Language requirement: Bilingual (English & Arabic)

Contract: Standard 2 years

Experience required: Minimum 56yrs GCC experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for completing market research and user research insight into target user values and brand attitude changes
  • Decompose the company’s overseas brand strategic objectives and scheme the annual brand promotion strategy for the M&A regional market
  • Prepare and implement brand promotion plans for the M&A regional market, including brand launch activities, product launch activities, exhibition activities, and important IP cooperation
  • Collaborate cross‑departmentally with the domestic brand team to ensure that the regional brand promotion project is consistent with the company’s overall strategy
  • Implement brand localization strategy to ensure that brand programs comply with laws, regulations, and cultural customs of the M&A regional market
  • Maintain brand VI guidelines to ensure consistency of the brand in terms of content and vision
  • Manage budgets for branding projects and evaluate the effectiveness of each project
  • Monitor brand metrics to improve brand awareness, brand preference, and brand loyalty in the local area
  • Construct and operate regional official platforms, including official websites and social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 5 years or more work experience in branding or marketing
  • Major in journalism, communication, advertising, marketing, or related majors is preferred
  • Outstanding English communication and writing skills
  • Outstanding Arabic communication and writing skills
  • Working experience in the automotive industry; mastery of basic automotive knowledge is preferred
  • Good communication, coordination, and skills ability
  • Good project planning and management skills are preferred
  • Work experience in an automobile company, preferably Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, or Nissan
