We are looking for a Web3-native, globally minded Head of Marketing to lead BNB Chain’s marketing vision and strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind how the world sees, understands, and engages with the BNB Chain ecosystem — from builders and degens to institutions and partners.

This isn’t just about managing a team or running campaigns. It’s about setting the narrative in a rapidly evolving space, building community with purpose, and growing our ecosystem with a long-term vision in mind.

The Role :

• Own and execute the end-to-end global marketing strategy for BNB Chain — from brand narrative and storytelling to ecosystem amplification and community-led growth
• Lead high-impact marketing initiatives : hackathons, developer activations, industry events, AMAs, and partnerships that move the needle
• Collaborate across product, BD, community, content, PR, and regional leads to unify messaging and maximize impact across channels
• Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, developer communities, ecosystem projects, and Web3 media
• Managed and scale a high-performing global marketing team with a bias for experimentation and agility
• Use data and community feedback to optimize strategy, measure ROI, and ship campaigns that matter
• Stay plugged into the Web3 culture, trends, and meme cycles — and ensure BNB Chain is always part of the conversation

More About You :

• You live and breathe Web3 — fluent in crypto culture, community dynamics, and the pace of the space
• 5+ years of marketing leadership, ideally with hands-on experience in DeFi, blockchain infra or a Layer 1 / 2
• Strong background in community building, brand storytelling, or growth marketing
• Strong brand builder and communicator with a track record of shaping narratives, growing products, and launching memorable campaigns
• Comfortable navigating decentralized ecosystems, managing remote teams, and collaborating across time zones
• Strategic yet scrappy — you know when to zoom out and when to ship fast
