A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Area Construction Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects and strong leadership skills. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and implementing quality control measures.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience as a manager or similar lead role on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical and control systems.

Responsabilités

  • Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure project execution as per design specifications and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and manpower allocation.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections.
