The role involves managing on-site activities coordinating with contractors ensuring adherence to design specifications and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed as per approved standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and project managers for smooth project flow.
• Prepare site progress reports maintain documentation and update project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or discrepancies during execution.
• Manage materials manpower allocation and ensure cost control on-site.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide updates.
• Ensure proper implementation of design modifications and project changes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution (freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and relevant codes.
