Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers, offering expert advice and product recommendations on our range of luxury chocolates.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked sales display.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English .
• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or duty-free, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per airport operational needs.
• A professional and well-presented appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
