Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will drive marketing initiatives and growth strategies for our expanding IT services business leading brand positioning and digital marketing efforts to strengthen our market presence across the Middle East and India. This role requires demonstrated experience in both digital and B2B marketing within the IT services sector.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 10 years of B2B marketing experience with 35 years in IT services / SaaS / technology companies.
  • Proven experience in multi-line-of-business (multi-LOB) brand and marketing strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing storytelling and video creation (hands-on tools like Canva Adobe CapCut are a plus).
  • Exposure to partner ecosystem marketing and co-branded GTM with global alliances (Microsoft Oracle AWS ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper MidJourney Synthesia Runway) for content design or video.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO SEM LinkedIn campaigns marketing automation).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written verbal).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI campaign performance and pipeline impact.
  • Ability to collaborate across leadership sales and delivery teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the willingness to be hands-on in execution when needed.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
  • Define the marketing strategy aligned to company goals (growth new markets verticals or solutions).

  • Support brand-building initiatives across regions.
2. Branding & Corporate Communications

  • Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for strategic accounts.

  • Support sales with presentations proposals and pitch decks.
  • Work with SMEs to publish thought leadership on technology trends and industry solutions.
5. Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO/SEM social media paid campaigns and retargeting.
  • Optimize website for conversion and analytics-driven insights.
  • Run email marketing campaigns for different buyer journeys.
  • Explore new digital channels (LinkedIn campaigns industry forums AI-driven tools).
6. Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and manage industry events conferences expos and webinars.
  • Work with partners/vendors (e.g. Microsoft Oracle AWS) on joint GTM campaigns.
  • Handle sponsorships speaking opportunities and awards submissions.
7. Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to leadership and sales teams for go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct win-loss analysis and feedback loops.
8. Sales Enablement
  • Create and maintain sales collateral battle cards case studies and pricing sheets.
