Job summary

A leading logistics company in the UAE is seeking an Operations Manager / Head of Operations to oversee and optimize their fulfillment and warehousing operations. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years in logistics with strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations and leading high-volume fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
