• Manage contractual claims from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact on projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis of variations, prepare detailed reports, and negotiate with clients/contractors for agreement.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual claims to clients, ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of costs, track expenses against budgets, and maintain transparent records throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-12 years of experience in Construction or Fit-out Industry
• Need to know FIDIC Contract Management
