We are currently partnering with a leading FMCG company to recruit a Regional Head of Marketing MEA based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand growth, and consumer engagement across the Middle East & Africa region.

What You’ll be Doing…
  • Lead the development and execution of the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Oversee brand management, portfolio strategy, innovation, and go-to-market plans across multiple categories.
  • Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform brand positioning and strategy.
  • Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets to deliver high ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams across the region.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and performance.
  • Champion digital transformation and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer engagement.
Who You Are…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years’ marketing experience within the FMCG sector, including regional exposure across MEA.
  • Proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and driving growth in competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multi-market teams.
  • Expertise in consumer insights, innovation management, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
