Job Title: Workspace IT Support Executive

Location: Sharjah

Type: Direct hire

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Role Overview

IT Support is responsible for maintaining the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole system runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems/networking issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Handle daily IT support tickets and provide technical assistance via email, phone, and remote tools.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, network security, Windows & Mac systems, and printer issues.
  • Administer Office 365, G‑Suite, Zoho applications, Jamf, Sophos XDR, Perception Point, and Genesys Omnichannel.
  • Manage Azure AD, shared folders, NTFS permissions, Cisco telephony, Cisco switches, and FortiGate firewall.
  • Handle VMWare virtual machines, data storage, backups (Google Drive/OneDrive), and virtualization systems.
  • Oversee IT procurement, asset tagging, registration, and maintain IT inventory via ServiceDesk+.
  • Manage attendance machines, CCTV, smart devices, and front‑desk ticketing systems.
  • Support IT projects, prepare project plans/SOW, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct employee IT training, onboarding setup, and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in internal/external audits and provide required documentation.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in computer science, BS/BE degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related IT fields.
  • ITIL V3 (Preferred)
Years & Nature of Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in the same role
  • Experience in Network support, ITIL, Manage ERPs and Genesys Omnichannel.
