Qualifications

• 4+ years in similar role in 4–5 star hotels or premium hospitality.
• Experience in cabin crew, airline hospitality, or executive lounges is valued.
• Experience in guest relations/concierge preferred.

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Experience Executive for our client to be based out of Dubai.

Purpose-

To ensure that visitors and clients have a positive experience during their visit.

Responsibility-

• Combines front-of-house responsibilities with a broader focus on hospitality, colleague and guest experience, stakeholder coordination, and workplace experience delivery.
• Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Responding to visitors needs and anticipating their unstated ones
• Greeting visitors as they arrive in the floor, coordinating their
• Offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.
• Coordinates with the housekeeping team (before & after the meeting) in making sure that meeting rooms are cleaned, presentable and stocked with stationaries

Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar role within 4 to 5-star hotels, Cabin crew / airline hospitality, Airport or executive lounges, Guest relations / concierge or Premium corporate hospitality.
