Job summary

The candidate should have 3–5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star settings, with excellent English and a professional appearance. UAE work experience is required.

• Prepare and maintain executive offices, boardrooms, and meeting areas to the highest standards.

• Manage pantry supplies and hospitality inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Security, and Administration teams to support office and meeting requirements.
• Support Board meetings, executive events, and special functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to service standards.
