Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a senior relationship and origination leader to grow and manage a portfolio of large, sophisticated clients in the UAE. You will supervise the team, ensuring service quality, revenue targets, and credit quality while expanding cross-border opportunities and strategic alliances.

In this role you will conduct market analysis, originate new business, review credit facilities, and collaborate with products and governance to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Banking with at least 8+ years in senior role of team management.
• Deep Knowledge of Wholesale Banking or investment banking.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Sound communication, analytical, and financial modelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage existing large & sensitive client relationships in assigned portfolio.
• Originate new business opportunities and close deals with target clients.
• Lead governance and credit processes to resolve risk considerations during transactions.
• Maintain account plans and perform periodic credit facility reviews in line with policy.
• Drive collaboration across divisions to expand cross-sell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
