Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior corporate banker to manage large client portfolios in the Date Centers, Tech & IT segment. You will drive revenue, maintain credit quality, and collaborate across internal teams and international clients.

You will originate opportunities, pitch and close deals, maintain robust account plans, and ensure timely KYC/compliance. Requires 8–10 years in corporate banking and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and FAB products.
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to analyse and research information.
• Banking software systems proficiency.
• Data analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Credit analysis and FOREX skills.
• Communication skills.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking (coverage).

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial analysis on clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products.
• Develop Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, mandate letters.
• Examine and resolve credit, market and operational risk with products and enablement units.
• Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals.
• Maintain credit quality of client relationships within the portfolio.
• Achieve financial performance targets for individuals and team.
• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients.
• Ensure all client files are maintained and KYC/compliance requirements met.
