Responsibilities

• Acquire NTB high-value clients and enhance from existing relationships to increase liability book and revenue.
• Cross-sell and upsell bank products and services to maximise revenue.
• Negotiate pricing for GM and Cash products as per customer needs.
• Establish efficient, customer-focused relationships and a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with product managers on promoting bank products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date KYC and manage risk and compliance.
• Manage portfolio profitability and monitor revenue MIS using FX and trade data.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to service levels.
