First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking an experienced senior banker to manage large account portfolios and client relationships in the Family Groups & Conglomerates segment. You will drive opportunities, ensure credit quality, and coordinate across internal teams to meet revenue targets.

The role requires deep banking knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work across time zones with international clients, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration or finance is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in investment / corporate banking (coverage).

Responsabilités

• Participate in financial analysis on clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities across banking products for target clients.
• Develop Term Sheets, Information Memoranda, and mandate letters.
• Examine and resolve credit, market and operational risk with products teams.
• Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals.
• Maintain client relationships’ credit quality and achieve financial targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and grow the cross-sell ratio with key clients.
• Ensure Account Plans and files are maintained and credit reviews are timely.
