First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior banking professional to manage large, sensitive client relationships and originate NTBs within a defined risk framework. The role supervises the team, develops strategic alliances, and ensures revenue targets and credit quality across the portfolio.

The candidate will lead client meetings, analyse markets, and coordinate with product, credit, and international banking teams to close deals while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years of banking experience with at least 8+ years in a senior role.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale banking or investment banking.
• Strong relationship management and credit analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and financial modelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships and originate opportunities within the portfolio.
• Assess credit, market and operational risks of transactions with products and enablement units.
• Develop and maintain account plans; coordinate with products, international banking and other divisions.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive revenue targets and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with contracting and other partners to convert opportunities and manage risk.
