Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate/wholesale banking.
• Knowledge of wholesale banking & corporate banking, products and business strategies.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in the bank to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Actively work with deal teams on WBG transactions ensuring timely and efficient closure and execution.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research and due diligence to support credit decisions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions ensuring alignment with bank profitability and risk appetite.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments relevant to your client segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value corporate and institutional clients achieving high degree of customer satisfaction in annual client survey reports.
• Originate and execute new business opportunities exceeding assigned revenue targets.
• Support clients in day-to-day banking, liaise with support functions for smooth conduct of business.
• Point of escalation from clients on any operational matters.
• Increase SoW and cross sell both by increasing the nos of IB products and other ancillary opportunities offered by other business verticals e.g., employee banking payments etc.
• Provide support to EDs and Ds in proactive planning and submission of Global Key Account Plans for key clients.
• Understanding risk adjusted return metrics, preparation of RAROC, ESG data collection for rating per policy.
• Ensure all client files and documents are maintained and filed with CAD/LPM and complete KYC for new and renewing accounts within standard TAT.
