Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel is seeking a Wellness Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a five‑star setting in Dubai. You will assist guests with wellness programs, recovery sessions, and fitness services, while maintaining high standards of service and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for handling guest requests, coordinating communications across departments, and upselling services. Proficiency in Opera and ALICE, plus strong English communication, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Experience in guest services in a five‑star environment for at least 2 years.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be computer literate; knowledge of MS Office and Opera is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure on‑the‑job trainings are performed and all SOPs followed.
• Assist with guest requests, VIP amenities and withdrawals in Opera and ALICE systems.
• Advise guests on programs, nutrition, and wellness services to Upsell and cross-sell.
• Understand emergency plans and health and safety policies; report safety hazards.
