Kerzner International's Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai seeks a Wellness Experience Agent to warmly welcome guests to the Spa & Wellness facility, handle reservations, check-ins, and billing, and deliver a 5-star guest experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-end day spa or hotel environments, strong MS Office skills, and a polished appearance. SpaSoft proficiency is valued; roles involve daily guest interactions and event support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end day spa, resort or hotel spa, or front office/guest relations role is highly regarded.
• Good grasp of Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
• Excellent grooming, eye contact, natural smile and confident posture.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests via multiple contact points and ensure a 5-star guest experience.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, accurate billing, and co-ordinate guest requests.
• Explain services and products; meet monthly sales targets for spa retail.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information and input data accurately.
• Assist in spa operations across departments and support events and trainings.
