Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai seeks a proactive Front Desk Team Leader to supervise guest services and ensure seamless check-in/out. You’ll lead a team, uphold grooming standards, and coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Fluent English is essential, with at least two years in a five-star environment; supervisory experience is a plus, and familiarity with Opera PMS and MS Office is required. Join a dynamic, luxury hospitality brand focused on memorable moments.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
Experience in a five-star environment for at least 2 years.
Supervisory and team-lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Front Desk team and act as a role model with a positive, motivated attitude.
Ensure grooming standards are followed and maintain excellent service delivery across departments.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest satisfaction.
Provide guidance during shifts and support daily handover briefings.
Handle guest feedback and opportunities for service improvement with a proactive approach.
Be knowledgeable about SIRO products, memberships, and services to upsell relevant offerings.
