Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel is seeking a Front Desk Team Leader to supervise daily operations, guide staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences in a five-star hotel environment in Dubai. You will coordinate with departments, uphold grooming standards, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and upselling of SIRO amenities.

Requirements include fluency in English, ability to work under pressure, and prior supervisory or leadership experience in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Experience in a five-star environment is preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Supervising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front Desk team with positive attitude.
• Ensure SOPs and grooming standards are followed.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Oversee check-in/out procedures and app usage for self-service options.
• Upsell and cross-sell SIRO products and services to guests.
• Maintain high visibility and guest satisfaction through active engagement.
