Job summary

One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai seeks a Concierge to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and creating lasting moments. You will lead by serving from the heart, caring for guests and colleagues, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Your role includes greeting VIP guests, coordinating arrivals, arranging transportation, and providing expert recommendations to elevate every stay. A hospitality background and Opera PMS proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least one year in luxury hotel concierge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Additional language is a plus.
• Knowledge of local Dubai area attractions and services.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized concierge service to guests, ensuring memorable experiences.
• Handle inquiries related to shopping, itineraries, and arrangements as requested.
• Coordinate guest arrivals/departures; arrange airport transfers and car service.
• greet VIP guests with elevated attention and service.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events and restaurants for recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and arrange tickets and exclusive experiences.
