Clinique La Prairie's Longevity Hub in Dubai is seeking a client-focused wellness concierge to represent the brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires building loyal client relationships, guiding guests through treatments and programs, and coordinating with therapists to ensure a premium, personalized journey. International experience and superb communication are valued, with a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Always demonstrate customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
• Provide excellent patient / customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes.
• Coordinate the client journey with therapists to provide a well-rounded experience.
• Communicate features and benefits of treatments and programs to appeal to the customer’s needs.
