Job summary

CLEANCO TRADING, IMPORTING & SERVICES L.L.C in the UAE is seeking an experienced Employee Welfare & Engagement Manager to support a large, multicultural blue-collar workforce across labour camps. The role focuses on welfare, wellbeing and engagement, and does not include responsibility for camp facilities.

You will regularly visit labour camps, develop welfare initiatives, organize sports, cultural and CSR activities, and work with HR and Operations to improve morale, engagement and retention

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Employee Welfare or Engagement.
• Experience with large blue-collar, multicultural workforces in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in several UAE-relevant languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular camp visits and engage with employees.
• Develop and implement welfare, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.
• Organize sports, cultural, social, recreational, and CSR activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve morale, engagement and retention.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee welfare concerns.
