Job summary

Khansaheb Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional in the UAE to manage employee concerns, welfare, and disciplinary processes in alignment with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will lead investigations, support managers, and contribute to retention efforts across sites.

The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Experience in labour-intensive or facilities management environments preferred.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinary matters and employee welfare programmes.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: act as first point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Employee Welfare: conduct site and accommodation visits to assess wellbeing and promote welfare initiatives.
• Disciplinary Management: coordinate investigations, hearings and documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Employee Engagement: support engagement activities, surveys and communication to improve employee experience.
• Retention & Exit Management: conduct exit interviews, track attrition, and propose retention actions.
• Policy & Compliance: ensure consistent application of HR policies and assist audits.
• Reporting & Analytics: maintain dashboards and monthly reports on grievances, disciplinary cases, welfare, retention and engagement.
