Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Camp Boss to oversee day-to-day camp operations and welfare for residents. The role requires hands-on management, strong coordination with HR, security, transport and maintenance teams, and a focus on hygiene and resident welfare.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, valid UAE driving license, and immediate availability to join. You will manage high-volume camp administration and respond to emergencies with composure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Assistant Camp Boss or similar role.
• Proven experience managing a large labour camp with 1,000 residents.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong knowledge of camp operations, housekeeping, hygiene, maintenance, security, and resident welfare.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle complaints, emergencies, and operational issues professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple camp requirements simultaneously.
