Job summary

Combuzz in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Camp Coordinator to manage day-to-day camp operations, accommodation, welfare and mobilization for offshore personnel. You will work closely with HR, Administration, Transport, Operations, catering and facilities to ensure smooth and timely workforce deployment.

The role requires 5–7 years in camp administration, knowledge of UAE labour and HSE standards, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, Hospitality Management.
• 5–7 years of experience in camp administration and workforce mobilization.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, marine or offshore industries preferred.
• Experience coordinating catering, housekeeping, and camp services.
• Knowledge of UAE labour accommodation and HSE requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and mobilization tracking systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English preferred; Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, utilities, hygiene, and welfare.
• Maintain accurate camp occupancy records and coordinate room allocation.
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements for new and existing employees.
• Manage incoming and outgoing staff mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Coordinate transportation for offshore and field personnel with Transport/Admin teams.
• Support pre-mobilization requirements, including medicals, documentation, PPE, travel arrangements, and fitness certifications.
• Track onboarding and mobilization checklists and follow up on pending requirements.
• Coordinate with catering and facility management contractors to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed standards.
• Supervise food service activities and ensure proper food safety, hygiene, quality, and presentation.
• Coordinate daily menus and catering requirements based on workforce numbers.
• Address employee accommodation, catering, welfare, and camp-related concerns and resolve issues with relevant vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company camp policies, HSE requirements, UAE labour accommodation standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support camp audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain effective communication with HR, Administration, Project, Transport, HSE, Security, and offshore teams.
• Handle employee grievances and escalated disciplinary or serious welfare matters to HR when required.
• Manage last-minute mobilization and demobilization requirements effectively.
