Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes.
• Experience recruiting overseas manpower.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical positions.
• Oversee onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee relations.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Mobilize manpower to site locations and manage documentation.
