Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking experienced Camp Managers and Camp Bosses to oversee employee accommodation for a leading interior & construction company. The role focuses on efficient camp operations and maintaining high welfare standards for a large, multicultural workforce.

Applicants with UAE/GCC experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, or related sectors are preferred. Immediate joining is desired for this critical role and you will report to HR and Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in camp/accommodation management.
• UAE/GCC experience in Construction, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of employee accommodation operations and facilities management.
• Ability to handle a large workforce and multicultural employees.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour accommodation standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and administration of the employee accommodation/camp.
• Supervise camp staff, including Camp Bosses, cleaners, security, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of employee accommodation.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the camp.
• Handle employee accommodation-related concerns and welfare requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements with the concerned departments/vendors.
• Maintain records of room allocation, occupancy, employee movement, and camp assets.
• Monitor food, transportation, housekeeping, and other camp-related services where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation standards and company policies.
• Prepare regular camp reports and coordinate with HR and Management.
