Job summary

ALEC Holdings is seeking a Labour Relations Officer Senior – Camp to support employee welfare, labour relations, and camp administration across UAE projects.

The role focuses on ensuring fair treatment of employees, compliance with UAE regulations, and effective communication between camp staff and the Head Office LR team. Strong experience in large-scale construction environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in employee relations, welfare, and camp administration.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and large-scale construction environments.
• Ability to manage visa, documentation, attendance, and end-of-service processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve employee queries and labour-related matters.
• Monitor attendance, provide counselling, and maintain records.
• Coordinate exit interviews and update trackers.
• Manage visa, ID, and immigration-related requirements for staff.
• Oversee camp operations and welfare standards in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and reports for management.
