Job summary

Prior hospitality or operations support experience is preferred, with a focus on guest safety and seamless guest

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of radios and communication equipment.
• Issue and receive radios according to procedures.
• Record radio calls during daily operations.
• Maintain clear communication between lifeguards, supervisors, and departments.
• Monitor radio traffic and relay important information promptly.
• Log service interruptions and operational incidents as they occur.
• Keep records complete and available for review.
• Assist with lifeguard equipment inventories and deployment changes.
• Prepare daily lifeguard rotation schedules as required.
• Complete attendance-related administrative duties.
• Coordinate information between operations teams and marine areas.
• Escalate important issues to the appropriate supervisor.
