Job summary

Atlantis Resorts – Dubai is hiring a Ticketing Agent - Waterpark Admissions to manage guest admissions, ticket sales, cashiering, wristband control, locker assistance and frontline customer service at the waterpark entrance.

You will handle cash and card transactions, provide clear entry procedures, monitor access points, assist VIP guests, and maintain a clean, organized ticketing plaza while following security procedures and resort policies.

Qualifications

• Previous cashiering experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving at the ticketing plaza and provide clear assistance.
• Process waterpark ticket purchases according to established resort procedures.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and informative service at ticketing counters.
• Operate electronic cash registers accurately.
• Process credit card transactions through approved payment equipment.
• Follow established ticketing cash handling procedures.
• Complete end-of-shift cash-out reports accurately.
• Maintain correct transaction records throughout the operating day.
• Assist guests with locker access and related enquiries.
• Check locker areas and ensure remaining items are cleared according to closing procedures.
• Monitor guest entry and exit at assigned access points.
• Implement the No Wristband, No Entry policy consistently.
• Scan guest wristbands before permitting access where required.
• Assist hotel guests using beach access routes with obtaining appropriate wristbands.
• Help prevent unnecessary inconvenience by directing guests to the correct admission process.
• Communicate operational issues directly to the Ticketing Team Leader.
• Report security concerns immediately to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
• Report inappropriate guest behavior through the appropriate escalation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional ticketing plaza.
• Provide directions and general information about waterpark facilities when required.
• Support VIP guest movements and special arrival arrangements.
• Assist with guest complaints and service recovery situations.
• Escalate complex guest concerns to supervisory or management staff.
• Support Team Leaders with administrative and operational duties when required.
• Maintain professional conduct during high-volume entry periods.
• Ensure ticketing equipment and workstation materials are ready for use.
• Follow resort policies relating to cash, security, guest access, and operational control.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the Team Leader or Assistant Manager Ticketing.
