Qualifikationen

• Minimum five to six years of experience in operating and maintaining large-scale swimming pools or water features.
• Prior experience in resorts, theme parks, or large water parks preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and plant operations.
• Ability to manage technical teams and complex aquatic infrastructure.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist management in overseeing daily engineering operations for water park rides, pools, and water features.
• Support maintenance forecasting and operational planning for water treatment plants.
• Supervise operators, inspectors, and technical teams to ensure continuous system performance.
• Oversee treatment, distribution, and quality control of water systems.
• Ensure periodic testing and water analysis to maintain required quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare staff rosters, assignments, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed operational records and regulatory documentation.

• Minimize operational disruptions while maintaining high service standards.
