Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks an Attendant - Aquaventure Guest Services to support guest facilities across cabanas, towel cabanas, beach and pool areas, and recreational spaces. You will assist with food and beverage service, cashiering, and safety checks while ensuring a five-star guest experience throughout operating hours.

The role requires outdoor work, reliability, stamina, and a professional approach when interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Approximately 1 year in hospitality, food and beverage, leisure, or guest-facing environment preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, read, and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time in correct uniform and per resort grooming standards.
• Attend daily team briefings before duties.
• Follow Atlantis procedures and service standards for assigned areas.
• Prepare guest cabanas, towel cabanas, beach spaces, and pool decks.
• Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain cabanas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guest use.
• Support F&B service within guest cabanas and keep menus knowledge current.
• Operate towel cabana POS and complete cashiering duties.
• Assist with guest buggy operations and safety checks.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with emergencies when needed.
