Job summary

Atlantis in Dubai is seeking an Aquaventure Attendant to support guest recreation across Aquaventure, beaches, cabanas, and related services. Role involves five-star presentation, cabana and F&B service, cashiering, equipment prep, safety procedures, and guest assistance in a busy resort environment.

Requirements include high school completion and at least 1 year in hospitality or hospitality study certification; English proficiency and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

Completed high school-level studies.
One year of hospitality experience or hospitality study certification.
Strong English language skills (spoken, written, reading).

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain guest cabanas to presentation standards.
Provide cabana F&B service and operate related POS tasks.
Support towel cabana operations and cashiering activities.
Assist with guest buggy services and safety procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
