Job summary

Hitachi Energy Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Engineer to manage warranty obligations for DEWA, TAQA, ADNOC and related substations. You will be the primary contact for warranty issues, lead technical investigations, and coordinate with engineering, commissioning, QA and OEM teams.

Field support includes substation troubleshooting, method statements, permits to work, and site supervision. You will interface with clients and end users, delivering periodic warranty performance reports and

Qualifications

• Experience managing warranties and liaising with clients
• Strong RCA methodologies and reporting skills
• Proven ability to interface with DEWA/TAQA/ADNOC and end users
• Hands-on substations troubleshooting and site supervision skills
• familiarity with 132kV/220kV/400kV GIS and switchgear concepts

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty obligations for substations and projects, tracking and closing claims
• Lead technical investigations and coordinate with engineering and OEM teams
• Attend substations for troubleshooting, method statements, and permit-to-work processes
• Interface with clients and provide status updates and warranty performance reports
