Job summary

Anduril Industries is developing unmanned systems for multiple domains and is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Initial hiring will be in London, with relocation upon completion of the simulation center.

The role focuses on Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis to train customers, support product iterations, and tailor solutions to customer needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ORSA or related fields, strong C++/Python skills, and the ability to link

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline
• Experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, including wargaming and data analytics
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate how platform components affect mission outcomes
• Design, execute, and analyze wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and dependencies
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis
