Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a fast-growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with initial hiring in London. The role focuses on modeling, simulation, wargaming, and testing to translate operational needs into system designs and mission-focused outcomes.

The candidate will work in an Agile environment, build scenarios with Python/YAML, and collaborate across engineering and BD to demonstrate capability and value. Requires security clearance and DoD M&S experience.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance is required.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in tactical experiments and wargaming design.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions preferred.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios reflecting customer needs and capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensors, and C2 affect missions.
• Design and run war games to assess autonomy and refine tactics.
• Create physics-based models for red/blue force scenarios.
• Assess system interactions, dependencies, and mission impact.
• Ensure analyses address real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate value.
