Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE is hiring a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a fast-growing team building unmanned systems across subsurface, surface, land, and air domains. You will produce and iterate Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&S&A), including wargaming to train customers and improve products.

The role requires strong ORSA/engineering background, experience with Python/C++, and the ability to tie system design to mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active country specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational fields.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions with focus on tactics.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Connection of system performance to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations and training using MissionSim and other high-end models.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform components affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and wargames to assess capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and red/blue force scenarios.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions and dependencies.
• Keep analyses grounded in real operational problems and client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate value with data-driven analysis.
