Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role requires connecting operational needs to system architecture through M&S, wargaming, and analysis. You will work in an Agile environment to support customer needs and product decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ORSA or related fields, strong modeling/simulation skills, and proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling. A country-specific clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, systems engineering, mission engineering or related.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design and data analysis.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling.
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture and design to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, and C2 choices on mission outcomes.
• Design and run tactical and engagement-level war-games to refine tactics.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios for red/blue force dynamics.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies and mission impacts.
• Ensure analyses address real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD to show capabilities through data-driven analysis.
