Job summary

Anduril Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to connect operational needs to system architecture through Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&S), including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products.

The role involves developing scenarios, evaluating platform choices, and mentoring an agile team building a new simulation center in the UAE. Initial hiring will take place in London, with relocation upon center completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations research, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Python or C++ for modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform components affect mission outcomes and refine tactics.
• Design, execute, and analyze wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios with red/blue force dynamics.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis.
