Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years in operations research, systems analysis, or related technical- operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics.
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions, with emphasis on tactics.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensors, comms, navigation, and C2 affect missions.
• Design and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous systems.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios emphasizing red/blue force tactics.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts.
• Ensure analysis stays grounded in real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD teams to showcase capabilities via data-driven analysis.
• Communicate results effectively through verbal and written skills.
