Job summary

Anduril Industries is building unmanned systems and conducting modeling, simulation, and analysis to support customers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst will coordinate wargaming, scenario development, and data-driven assessments to drive product improvements and meet customer needs.

The role requires deep ORSA/Systems Analysis experience, proficiency in Python or C++, and the ability to translate operational requirements into robust system design.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related discipline
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design
• Modeling & simulation for military missions
• Proficiency in Python or C++ for physics-based modeling
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced models and simulations to conduct analysis
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate how platform components affect mission outcomes
• Design and analyze tactical and engagement-level wargames
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios
• Lead warfighting analysts to align with customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate capabilities
