Job summary

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance is required.
• 3+ years of experience in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments, wargaming design, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation for military missions using Python or C++.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Assess how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, and C2 choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames for capability refinement.
• Develop physics-based models and scenarios with red/blue force focus.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies, and mission impacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities via data-driven analysis.
